Are you an ambitious property leader who thrives on building strong teams, trusted client relationships and well-managed residential communities? Join Encore Estate Management as a Regional Director and play a key role in driving performance across a diverse residential estate portfolio.
This is a high-impact leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll oversee the financial, operational and customer-service delivery of your region, ensuring estates are safe, compliant, well maintained and managed with care.
What you’ll be doing
Lead, coach and inspire a team of Estate Managers to achieve outstanding service standards and KPIs.
Take ownership of estate finances, including service-charge budgets, expenditure, annual accounts, arrears and cash-flow monitoring.
Oversee planned, reactive and major works programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Build trusted relationships with Directors, residents, freeholders and contractors.
Chair Directors’ meetings, resident meetings and AGMs with confidence and professionalism.
Ensure robust compliance across health and safety, insurance, lease obligations and relevant property legislation.
Support the onboarding and integration of new estates, while identifying opportunities to continuously improve how we work.
What you’ll bring
You will be an experienced, commercially minded property professional with a genuine passion for customer service and people leadership. You’ll be confident interpreting financial information, resolving complex issues and making sound decisions under pressure.
Ideally, you will have:
At Least 10 years management experience within block management, property management or surveying.
Strong experience of budgets, service charges, expenditure control and financial reporting.
A solid understanding of building maintenance, major works and relevant legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act, Building Safety Act and RICS guidance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build confidence and handle challenging conversations diplomatically.
Proven experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
MTPI and/or RICS qualifications are desirable.

Encore operate a hybrid working model, for this role the requirement is 2 - 3 days in our Cambridge office and the remainder of the time working from home.
