Here at Encore, were looking for a detail-loving Energy & Insurance Administrator (working within our Accounts team) to take charge of our estate insurance and utility contracts. In this role, you'll take full ownership of estate insurance and utilities, ensuring everything is covered, in contract, and paid on time. You'll work with brokers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep all data accurate, updated, and compliant.
What You’ll Be Doing
Insurance:
- Make sure every estate has the right insurance—on time and fully compliant
- Liaise with brokers, chase renewals, manage policies, premiums, and claims
- Keep Qube system and digital records updated
Utilities:
- Work with our utilities broker to get the best rates
- Stay on top of contract renewals, invoices, and supplier info
- Ensure Qube and payment systems are always current
Admin:
- Keep correspondence and contract details organised and filed correctly
- Spot issues early and see them through to full resolution
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in an insurance administration/coordination role
- A proactive mindset with a sharp eye for detail
- Strong numeracy and love for working with data
- Great organisation, time management, and IT skills (Excel and Word)
- A friendly communicator who thrives in a team

Encore operate a hybrid working model, for this role the requirement is 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
