We’re seeking a dedicated Maintenance Operative to join Encore at one of our established developments in London E14. This is a part-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping sites well-maintained, safe, and welcoming.
- Location: London, E14
- Hours: 20 Hours (3 days between Monday to Friday)
- Salary: £20,000
Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the development, including:
- General Maintenance - Painting, Adjusting Doors & handles, lighting as well as other ad hoc maintenance duties as required.
- Jet Washing external areas and spot carpet cleaning
- Emergency system testing, such as fire alarms and emergency lighting
- Operating site machinery and programming fob access control systems (full training provided)
- Other basic caretaking/maintenance duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Basic Maintenance is essential.
- Lives within a 45-minute commute of the site
- Comfortable using IT systems to log and track jobs would be advantageous but not essential
- Has a proactive, can-do attitude and values attention to detail
