The Role
As an Estate Management Director, you will lead a team of Regional Leaders responsible for managing residential and mixed-use developments nationwide. You will drive performance, foster exceptional client relationships, and ensure compliance with the highest industry standards. Your vision and leadership will be instrumental in attracting new developments, retaining key clients, and enhancing our reputation as an industry leader.

What you’ll do
You will be brilliant at and accountable for:

- Developing, coaching, and retaining a motivated, capable team of future leaders.
- Embedding best practices and driving continuous improvement across all regions.
- Fostering a learning culture, providing ongoing mentorship, and recruiting exceptional talent.
2. Exceptional Client and Customer Service
- Cultivating strong client relationships with developers, freeholders, and RMCs.
- Ensuring consistent service excellence, meeting SLAs, and mitigating risks effectively.
- Overseeing client retention, onboarding new developments, and resolving escalated issues.
3. Ensuring Compliance and Risk Mitigation
- Taking ownership of health, safety, and compliance risks across the portfolio.
- Leading efforts to align with the latest regulations, including the Building Safety Act.
4. Shaping the Future of Our Industry
- Contributing to strategic planning and thought leadership initiatives.
- Representing the company at industry events and bodies to enhance our visibility.
- Developing innovative solutions for emerging challenges, such as sustainability.
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
- MIRPM or MRICS qualification (essential).
- Degree preferred; MIWFM is highly desirable.
Experience
- 10+ years of management experience, with at least 5 years leading senior teams.
- Expertise in managing complex developments and driving successful change initiatives.
- Proven ability to build and maintain exceptional client relationships.
