We are seeking a motivated Site based Estate Director to lead the management of a high-end residential development in East London. As the face of the development, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a large onsite team, ensuring excellent customer service for residents, and managing all aspects of building operations. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and the ability to manage a diverse range of responsibilities, this role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across various departments.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall building standards.
- Oversee contractor management, ensuring safe and high-quality work across the development.
- Develop and implement community engagement initiatives to foster a positive living environment.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including the Building Safety Act 2022.
- Prepare monthly reports, manage budgets, and monitor financial performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in property management services and staff development.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience managing prestigious developments or high-end properties.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, ideally with an ILM Level 3 qualification.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, including IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
- Experience in contractor management and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Qube or Dwellant is an advantage.
